Schedule Your Version 2.01 Upgrade Today!
Since it's release in October, UDS has installed the version 2.01 upgrade on 39 client sites and will continue to schedule appointments throughout the month. We have received a tremendous amount of positive feed back from this release so what are you waiting for? If you currently subscribe to the UDS support maintenance program then there is no cost associated with the upgrade and we do all the installation for you. IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
As mentioned on our March 2005 news page, previous to this version, UDS has operated on a screen resolution of 640 x 480. Due to the expansion of some screens within the system for version 2.01, the recommended screen resolution will be a minimum 800 X 600 and 1024 x 768 as the best resolution. If you have monitors that do not allow these resolution, UDS will still work but it will be less convenient to use since the user will have to use a scroll bar to move the screen around instead of being able to see the entire screen at one time.
If you are still using any of the old DOS looking screen programs in Version 1.07a or below, these programs will not available with this release. You need to be weaning yourself off these programs before this version is installed.
Need Extra Training?
Would you like to use Mail Merge in Word to send "Thank you" letters to your sellers and buyers each week? Would you like to know how to use Excel to get more information out of your UDS data? If so, call today to set up a telephone training session on these and any other areas of the system you would like to learn about. A UDS tech support representative will log onto your machine and interactively work with you and your staff to teach these basic office fundamentals. Crest.EDG Phase 2 update
UDS is in the final stages with Cendant's Q&A department and look forward to final approval very shortly. Once we have been approved, the update will be installed on a UDS test site for evaluation and further testing. Upon completion of this testing phase, all other Coldwell Banker brands will be transitioned over from using Crest.EDG to using UDS for all transmission and reporting purposes. We will keep you updated on this matter as it develops over the next few months.

Document Management Coming Soon!
Do you imagine a time when looking for listing agreements, seller disclosure forms, termite letters, sales contracts, HUD forms, etc. would be right at your finger tips? Well, that day is coming. UDS is currently developing an add-on document management system where all of these would be electronically stored on the system and available to you with a click of a button. A preliminary sample screen in shown below.
