UDS Gets Final Approval from Realogy for Crest.EDG Phase 2!
The data bridge between the UDS Back Office system and the Crest.EDG system has been approved by Realogy for the Coldwell Banker brand. At this time, UDS is in the final stages of gaining approval status for the Century 21 brand and will begin testing the ERA brand shortly. What does this mean for you? Information that has been entered into the Crest system and also into the UDS Back Office system will now be entered only into the Back Office System. The information is then transmitted to CREST.EDG via UDS. No more double entry to satisfy both CREST.EDG and UDS systems! Coldwell Banker affiliates should contact UDS for additional information on implementing this feature.
MLS Interface Has Arrived
The day of a single entry system has arrived! UDS is pleased to announce the release of it's MLS Interface module that takes advantage of the RETS or IDX compliant data exchange facility offered by most MLS systems. The interface allows you to enter your MLS data (including images) into your local MLS system then having all that information imported into the UDS Real Estate Transaction file, option 3111. Once the Transaction Master file has been populated with the MLS data, it can then be transmitted to Realogy's CREST.EDG system or to Prudential's transmission site via the data transfer programs available within the system. Document Management System Development Progressing
As mentioned in the March news release, UDS is in the final stages of developing a new document management add-on system. What will document management do for your company? Have instant access via your office computer or via the internet to pertinent documents dealing with your property transactions (i.e. listing agreement, homeowner disclosure, termite letter, sales contract, contingency letters, etc.). Additional information regarding this development will be released very shortly.
