Document Management System Expanded
UDS continues the development phase of the Document Management System. In addition to the introductory features announced in the earlier news pages, the latest enhancements include:
automatic publishing of the agent's accounting statement generated from the UDS Back Office system to the DMS website.
publishing private agent documents (i.e. education certificates, sales awards, sales licenses, etc.) to the DMS website
publishing public company documents (i.e. policy & procedure manuals, company commission plans, subdivision covenants & price sheets, etc.) to the DMS website.

Single Entry System, it's now a reality!
For years it has been the dream of real estate secretaries of being able to enter data required by 3 different systems (the MLS system, the back office accounting system, and the corporate brand reporting system) just one time. If you are affiliated with a Realogy brand and still entering your data into the CREST.EDG system as well as the UDS Back Office System, UDS now offers a data bridge that would eliminate the need of entering both. By using the data bridge, information is entered into the UDS Back Office System then pushed to the CREST.EDG system automatically. Why continue to do two jobs when only one is required?
