Ready to hand out agent awards for the month, quarter or year? The UDS sales agent ranking report provides a multitude of rankings allowing brokers and owners to rank the sales force by several important criteria.  Ranking can occur on a branch office level or on the company level.  Ranking the agents can be based on any of the following parameters:

  • Listing Volume

  • Sold or Closed Sales Volume

  • Sold or Closed Listing Volume

  • Sold or Closed Volume (combines the previous two)

  • Agent Earnings

  • Company Dollar Produced

  • Department Income Produced (GCI)

  • Agent Commissions Produced (excludes miscellaneous agent earnings)
