Version 2.01 Release Schedule
It was UDS' intention of getting the latest software release to some test sites last month. Due to a punch list of items found during the testing phase plus last minute development work needed on Cendant's CREST.EDG phase 2 application, our release plans have been pushed back slightly. It is still our goal of getting the application to test sites within the next few weeks. Once the application has operated smoothly at the test sites for one month, general release will begin. Appointments will be made to have the new software installed for you. Once the official release date is announced, we will pass along the necessary information on making installation reservations with a customer service representative.

UDS Support Forum
One of the great things about our new web-site is the capability of our user base being able to interact with each other. Please take advantage of the support forum found in the support web site. The support forum allows you to bring up topics, concerns, ideas, etc. concerning anything about UDS and then having other users respond. The forum is also monitored by the support staff and they will provide additional comments as well. Don't be shy....get involved!
Need Additional Training?
UDS now has the capability of signing on directly to your workstation and using it to show and teach you things you might not know about the system. The process is interactive meaning both you and the UDS trainer view your screen and use your keyboard at the same time. Training sessions are generally topic based and run no more than two hours at a time. Training cost are minimal compared to the cost of travel and on-site training fees. UDS Help File
Work continues on making the UDS help file web based. It is our hopes of having the System, Financial Management, and Real Estate modules on-line by the end of the month. The updated help file includes Power Point slide shows highlighting program features and Demo Videos illustrating how to use certain applications within the system. It is the hope of UDS that the new help file will give new users an easier learning transition toward implementing and using the system.
