We've Moved!
As many of you know by now, UDS moved to a new office at the end of July. While the new office is nice, we still miss our old brownstone building downtown. Well, we don't miss the three flights of stairs we had to climb everyday! Please update your records to reflect our new office information.

Version 2.01 Beta Sites Installed
UDS presently has four clients operating under version 2.01 as beta test sites. Once the software has been operating at the sites for a period of 4 - 6 weeks we will begin general distribution throughout the user base. Once we begin general distribution, the support staff will begin accepting installation appointments on a first come first serve basis.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
If you are still using any of the old DOS looking screen programs in Version 1.07a or below, these programs will not available with this release. You need to be weaning yourself off these programs before this version is installed.
Need Additional Training?
UDS now has the capability of signing on directly to your workstation and using it to show and teach you things you might not know about the system. The process is interactive meaning both you and the UDS trainer view your screen and use your keyboard at the same time. Training sessions are generally topic based and run no more than two hours at a time. Training cost are minimal compared to the cost of travel and on-site training fees. UDS Help File
The help file for Version 2.01 is now on-line. Check it out at http://24.236.104.210:8448/udshelp/helpfile.htm. As mentioned in our April news release, the new help file contains several enhancements such as PowerPoint entry screen tutorials as well as Demonstration video clips of different program applications. Converting to an internet based help file also allows UDS to instantly update, maintain and supply an updated help file to the user base at all times.
