Beginning
Class Information
Beginning classes are
designed to give new users and employees a basic understanding of how to
process their daily work using the UDS software. These classes stress the
importance of correct file set up for users converting to UDS and the
procedures they would take in order to get the system operating properly on
a daily basis.
The teaching method
employed for each module is geared toward getting the user on-line as
quickly as possible. In order to accomplish this goal, the users are first
taught how to set up each master file for the modules they have purchased.
Next, the user is shown the flow of events necessary to process their daily
office transactions. While the users are shown how to run reports on the
system, the class does not devote a lot of time for in-depth report
analysis. The main goal of this class is to get the user's system on-line
and functioning.
