The UDS Real Estate module offers a lot of variety and flexibility when it comes to graduated commission plans. Each commission plan can have up to 30 levels and can be based on one of the following criteria:

  • Agent commission earned
  • Company dollar produced
  • Gross commission income
  • Volume
  • List side units
  • Sale side units
  • Total units

The system has the capability of having up to 99 different commission plans. Agents can be evaluated on one of the following systems:

  • Calendar year
  • Anniversary date
  • Revolving 12 months
  • Prior 1, 2 or 3 quarters

The commission plan structure also takes into account the following activities that can take place within a sale:

  • Listing & selling referral fees
  • Affiliation fees
  • Manager overrides
  • Bonus amounts

Other features of the commission payroll program:

  • The capability to deduct any agent receivables directly from the agent's check.
  • The capability of automatically deducting per contract charges such as marketing or E&O fees from the agent's check.
  • Complete user override capability.
