The financial statements provided by UDS are comprehensive in the financial data reported and have the built-in flexibility of allowing the user to design and format statements to conform as closely as possible to their existing ones.
Generally, statements are formatted by defining the statement type (see line 000) then by specifying an account group header such as "Income" (see line 100), then by defining the accounts that will appear in the account group (see line 110) and then by totaling the account balances within the group (see line 120). The formatting process continues in this matter until the statement design is completed.

An additional feature of the financial statement application is that you are allowed to generate the statements for one fiscal period (month) or to consolidate financial information for one calendar year quarter.
