New Clients (Up to two employees)
New clients (two employees from one
company) are not subject to training fees; however, they are responsible for
their travel related expenses.
Client Re-Training
For new employees or any other type of
customer retraining a training fee of $300.00 per day (for two employees
from one company) will be charged.
Additional Employees
Up to two additional employees from
any company can attend. The company will incur a training fee of $300.00 per
day.
The training fee must be received four
weeks prior to training in order to confirm the date selected. Within four
weeks of training, we will accept customers on a space available basis. All
fees will be refunded if cancellation is made two weeks prior to training;
otherwise, the fee will be treated as a cancellation fee and not returned.
Deposits
There is a deposit requirement of $300
which will be fully refunded to those companies who come for training. If
the deposit is made and cancellation is received up to one week (7 days)
prior to the commencement of the training class, a full refund will be made.
Those companies who send in the deposit and fail to notify us they are not
attending will not receive any refund.
