The Market Trend Analysis allows a complete description of the market in which the company operates. For every transaction during the past year, detailed or summary reports for the following market analysis items are available:
branch office(s) involved in the transaction
coop broker sharing commission
sales associates sharing commission
** location code (subdivision, school district, etc.)
** description code (style of home, etc.)
** source of listing (radio, TV, newspaper, etc.)
** source of sales (radio, TV, newspaper, etc.)
The above items marked "**" are USER defined allowing a 7 digit Location Code, a 4 digit Description Code, and a 2 digit code for Source of Sale and Source of List/Sale.
The Market Trend Analysis reports allow WHAT IF questions to be answered. Typical questions by the aggressive manager would be:
What percentage of new listings were the result of newspaper ads for each of the last 12 months? from signs?
What percentage of sales were brick homes above $80,000 for each of the last 12 months?
