The UDS Financial Management and Real Estate Back Office system has been designed to assist in the day to day operations of a real estate company's accounting operations as well as assist brokers and managers with useful and meaningful production reports to assure peak performance from their agents.

   FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

UDS' Financial Management module meets or exceeds nationally accepted standard accounting procedures and has the capability of handling up to nine (9) different company databases with each database holding up to nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (9999) profit centers.  For further detail, the system can also sub-group the income and expense accounts into "projects". This will allow the tracking of income and expense generated from any common source shared by all departments, such as income generated from sub-divisions or development projects.
