The UDS MLS Interface application is an add-on module complimenting the real estate software contained in the UDS Back Office System. The interface allows the user to input their listing and sales transaction data (including property images) into the local MLS system then having all that data automatically populated within the real estate database found within the Back Office System. Incorporating the interface eliminates the need of entering the same data twice into two different data systems.
The UDS Document Management (i.e. DocMan) application is another add-on module complimenting the real estate software contained in the UDS Back Office System. The application was designed to scan, manage and access real estate transaction documents electronically.
The UDS Property Management Module (i.e.PROPMAN) is a self contained module that allows for the management of single and multi residential units as well as commercial properties.
The UDS Resort Management Module is complimentary to PROPMAN and assists in the management of short term (i.e. daily, weekly) rentals via a sophisticated reservation system.
