The UDS Back
Office system is a powerful combination of accounting and production
programs providing comprehensive and analytical information to owners,
brokers, sales associates and financial officers. Within this
system of programs you will find all the tools necessary to operate your
company's financial operations as well as your real estate sales team
smoothly and efficiently!

The UDS
MLS Interface application is an add-on module complimenting the real
estate software contained in the UDS Back Office System. The
interface allows the user to input their listing and sales transaction data
(including property images) into the local MLS system then having all
that data automatically populated within the real estate database found
within the Back Office System. Incorporating the interface
eliminates the need of entering the same data twice into two different
data systems.

The UDS
Document Management (i.e. DocMan) application is another add-on module
complimenting the real estate software contained in the UDS Back Office
System. The application was designed to scan, manage and access
real estate transaction documents electronically.
