UDS has established a support center
in Augusta, Georgia which is capable of nationwide support of our customers.
This center is staffed with a group of technical representatives to supply
advice and assistance to your company's personnel. The center is available
every business day from 8:30AM to 5:30PM (Eastern Time), using our toll-free
telephone lines.
Remote Diagnostics
Every
customer is encouraged to have a way of allowing tech support reps
access to their data should the need arise. By doing so, the specialist
may then perform all test procedures as if they were physically in your
office. This capability greatly reduces the cost and elapsed time
necessary to correct any difficulty encountered in your office.
Ideally, this type of communication can be handled over the internet
using an IP address and Remote Desktop capabilities or having any
workstation connected to the internet and utilizing gotomeeting.com. UDS is very
flexible and will work with your hardware tech's to determine the best
option for your firm.
Note that the security of your data is
not compromised: Your office staff must take positive action for UDS to gain
access to your system. It is impossible for UDS to enter your system without
your full knowledge and consent.
Revisions of
Application Software
UDS is serving a vertical market: REAL
ESTATE BROKERAGE and its related activities, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and RESORT
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. As a result, we have developed a superior information
management system for this line of business. UDS will continue to enhance
these programming systems using all available programming resources. These
resources are currently in excess of 9,000 man hours per year.
Application of this large amount of
manpower is intended to make an excellent software system better. UDS will
respond as business practices change and will modify all products to meet
these changes.
Revisions of the application software
systems will be made available to all customers subscribing to the UDS
Continuing Software Support Service.
