Ask our user base about the UDS tech support staff and the one thing they all have to say is that "UDS' support is the best in the industry." We take great pride in promptly responding to our client's calls for help when assistance is warranted.  Typically, calls are taken right away or normally within 15 minutes of the call being placed.  The Support section of the UDS web site is published to assist our client's further in using their system to the best of it's capabilities and is available 24/7 to clients that subscribe to the UDS Software Maintenance program.  The support web site consists of:

  • A Known Problems Page

As Microsoft continues to release new operating system and patches, this page is designed to highlight pending performance issues regarding the software and steps you might take to enhance the operations of your Microsoft operating system in conjunction with the UDS software system.

  • Patch Program Download Page

Program not working properly, check the patch download page to see if a corrected program is available.  If not, use the Service Request form to inform UDS of the issue.

  • A Service Request Form

Having a particular issue with the program?  Use the service request form to alert the UDS staff to program malfunctions or errors right away.

  • A Suggestion Form

Use the suggestion form whenever you see a need for improvement with the UDS software.  Suggestions are typically stored until a new software release is being planned then they are addressed by the UDS staff to determine the importance and relevance of the suggestion to the user base as a whole.  If you feel your suggestion is urgent and needs immediate attention, then we will be more than happy to look at the suggestion as a possible "custom" program situation and you will be informed of the programming cost and time frame of completing the suggested work.

This page is available to assist our users with frequently asked questions.  The page is continually updated as needed to address common issues that may arise from using the software.

  • A Support Forum

Would you like to discuss other ideas, suggestions, recommendations, etc. with other UDS clients?  The support forum page allows you to do just that!  Communicate with other members of the UDS family to see how they are getting the most out of their UDS software.  The forum is constantly monitored by a member of the UDS support staff and they will actively participate in the discussion threads that are created.
