Converting The UDS Magnetic Media W2 File To The IRS File

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

If you send out more than 250 W2 forms you are required by law to submit your forms magnetically to IRS. This program converts your Magnetic Media Master File into a file that is accepted by IRS. The file is created in the DGL sub-directory under the name W2REPO.DAT

1.    Select option 0565.

2.    Enter the tax year you are filing.
