Generating The W2 Tax Forms

1. Select option 0555.

2. The system will display the screen prompt shown in Display Example 1.

Tax Year

Enter the tax year containing the forms you wish to print.

Employer Num

Enter the employer tax identification number containing the forms you wish to print.

From Employee Number

Using the drop down arrow, select the range of control numbers you would like to generate at this time. To include all records within the file, no selection is required.

Printing On Laser Forms? (Y/N)

Check this box if you are printing your forms on laser sheets; otherwise, the system will format the forms to print on continuous feed forms.

2. Click on the Print button to generate the tax forms selected. The system will place them in the Spool Utility program for further action. See Printing The W2 Tax Forms for more information.
